1. Service Overview

igli is a web application that converts Instagram carousel images into LinkedIn-ready PDF documents. By using igli, you agree to these terms.

2. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. When you purchase credits or a subscription:

Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, tax collection, and VAT compliance
You agree to Lemon Squeezy's Buyer Terms
Refund requests are handled according to Lemon Squeezy's policies
Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content you don't have rights to use or distribute
Use the service for illegal purposes
Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the service
Resell or redistribute the service without permission

4. Your Content

You retain all rights to the images you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content. Uploaded images are processed temporarily and are not stored permanently on our servers.

5. Service Availability

We strive to keep igli available 24/7, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We'll provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

igli is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of igli after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
